Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end operations of the furniture manufacturing plant. Oversee production planning, resource management, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain high standards of quality, cost control, and safety compliance. Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics. Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across the plant. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations. Liaise with senior management on strategic goals and operational updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in furniture or wood-based manufacturing preferred. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems (ISO, etc.), and modern production technologies. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with woodworking machinery, CNC, and automated production lines. Experience working with ERP systems and digital production tools. Strong team-building and people management capabilities.
