The Sales Agent will drive the sales of villas and duplexes in a premium real estate project, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. The role involves client acquisition, property showcasing, and closing deals while maintaining compliance with RERA regulations and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective buyers through platforms like 99acres.com, Magicbricks, or NoBroker.in, social media, referrals, and local networking. Property Showcasing: Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and presentations to highlight unique features of villas/duplexes (e.g., gated communities, private gardens, or smart home systems). Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, provide personalized solutions, and maintain regular follow-ups to build trust and close sales. Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms while ensuring transparency and adherence to RERA guidelines. Market Research: Stay updated on local market trends (e.g., demand in areas like Bangalore’s Sarjapur or Hyderabad’s Gachibowli) and competitor projects to position the property effectively. Documentation & Compliance: Assist clients with legal paperwork, financing options, and RERA-compliant agreements to ensure smooth transactions. Collaboration: Work with the developer’s marketing team and in-house sales staff to align on project promotions and sales strategies. Reporting: Track sales progress, provide regular updates to project managers, and maintain accurate records of leads and deals.
