Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive at MBGI Pvt Ltd. in Saptapur, Dharwafd, your role involves driving sales and increasing brand awareness for real estate projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation: - Generate qualified leads through digital advertisements, real estate portals, social media marketing, and local promotional campaigns. - Customer Handling: - Attend client inquiries, coordinate site visits, maintain communication, and provide detailed project information. - Sales Conversion: - Negotiate with prospective buyers, follow up effectively, and close sales to meet targets. - Marketing Strategy: - Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including brochures, hoardings, events, and referral programs. - Market Research: - Analyze competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies to support business planning and campaign decisions. You should ideally have: - Proven background in real estate sales or marketing - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms - Proficiency in the local language for effective client interaction - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field The compensation structure includes: - Fixed + Incentive Model: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (fixed) plus attractive sales commission per closing - Commission-Only Model: 0.5% - 1.5% of the apartment sale value per transaction As a Marketing Executive, you will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager or Branch Head.
