Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + performance incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday)
Location: Cholambedu, Chennai

About Us

We are a growing overseas career counselling centre focused on guiding students towards higher education opportunities abroad. Our goal is to scale student enrollments through structured marketing, partnerships, and result-oriented campaigns.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for executing and driving marketing activities that directly increase student inquiries, applications, and conversions for overseas education programs. If you already understand this industry and know how to generate leads that convert, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate student leads for abroad studies
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and outreach programs in schools, colleges, and coaching centres
• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• Build partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and influencers
• Track enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and daily/weekly reporting
• Coordinate with counselling team to ensure quality student engagement and closures
• Represent the organisation at education fairs and promotional events
• Maintain strong knowledge of study destinations, courses, and admission requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in marketing for overseas education / student recruitment
• Strong communication, persuasion & public-speaking skills
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and conversion tracking
• Ability to work with targets and KPI-based performance metrics
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Meta/Instagram ads, Google ads, CRM tools is a plus)
• Must be self-driven, proactive, and comfortable traveling locally for events
