Job Title: Overseas Education Counsellor

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + performance incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday)
Location: Cholambedu, Chennai

Role Overview

We’re expanding our Overseas Career Counselling Excellence Center and need a counsellor who already knows how to drive admissions—not someone who needs to be taught basics from scratch. If you understand global universities, documentation, deadlines, and can convert leads without excuses, this role fits you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on overseas higher education opportunities across countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.
• Assess student profiles and recommend appropriate courses, universities, and career pathways.
• Manage end-to-end admission support: enquiries, applications, LOR/SOP guidance, documentation, and visa preparation.
• Track leads, maintain CRM, and execute timely follow-ups to meet conversion targets.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and participate in education fairs to build brand visibility.
• Stay updated on admission intakes, scholarships, and changes in visa regulations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in overseas education counselling—don’t apply if you don’t meet this.
• Strong understanding of global education systems and admission/visa processes.
• Confident communicator with the ability to provide clear, actionable guidance.
• Target-driven mindset and disciplined follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree required. Additional certifications in counselling, admissions, or foreign education are advantages but not a substitute for results.
