Student Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate guidance and counseling to students and parents regarding overseas education options
• Counsel students on application processes, visa requirements, and admission procedures
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds and recommend appropriate programs/countries
• Help students with university shortlisting, application forms, documentation, and timelines
• Coordinate with university representatives and internal departments for timely processing
• Maintain and update student records and application tracking
• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: education, counseling, or communication-related fields)
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling or overseas education consultancy (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of study abroad destinations such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc. is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple students and deadlines simultaneously
• Should be target-oriented and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
