Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our ERP, CRM, and other software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in technology, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
MBA freshers are preferred, and candidates with experience in software or FMCG/field sales will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ERP & CRM software products.
• Identify and generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
• Conduct client meetings, software demonstrations, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams for smooth onboarding.
• Travel across Kerala for marketing activities, field visits, and client interactions.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing plans.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Requirements

• MBA (Marketing) freshers are strongly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in sales/marketing—especially software, fintech, fmcg, or field sales—will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala for client visits.
