Conduct market research to identify potential customers. Visit potential customers to introduce engineering polymer compounds. Persuasively showcase product features and benefits. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Regularly visit customer offices to increase product awareness and identify new customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and queries promptly. Handle telephone and email queries, offering accurate responses or quotations. Continuously improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Maintain detailed records of customer activity and report to management. Source and procure raw materials and supplies. Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary. Ensure timely delivery of materials for production schedules. Evaluate supplier performance and address issues as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team for advertising campaigns. Work with finance on budgets, cost control, and payment follow-ups. Generate reports on procurement activities and supplier performance. Submit daily reports to senior management with next-day plans.
