We blend creativity, functionality, and client aspirations to create exceptional spaces. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable design solutions.
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations until closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & online) to promote the brand and services.
• Collaborate with the design and management team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage social media channels, create content, and analyze performance metrics.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing collaterals and promotions.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to represent the brand.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in interior design, real estate, architecture, or related sectors).
• Freshers also can apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
