Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting Sarvam’s interior design services across various channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interiors, understand customer needs, and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through field visits, online platforms, events, and referrals. Client Engagement: Meet with prospects to understand their interior design needs, explain Sarvam’s offerings, and convert them into leads. Marketing Execution: Execute marketing campaigns—both digital and offline—to promote the brand and generate inquiries. Partnership Development: Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and influencers to generate steady referrals. Reporting & CRM: Maintain records of leads and customer interactions; provide regular reports on progress and performance. Feedback & Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and industry trends to improve offerings and marketing strategies.
