Position: Interior Site Engineer Company: Sarvam Design Spaces Experience: 2–10 years preferred Employment Type: Full-time Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage on-site interior execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery of work. Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other technicians to ensure smooth execution. Read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and elevations accurately. Ensure modular furniture and carpentry works are executed as per design and specifications. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and finishing standards. Provide daily progress updates, flag site issues early, and assist in resolving them efficiently. Ensure materials and tools are used appropriately and manage site inventory when required. Liaise with the design team and report to the project manager/lead for any site-level inputs or clarifications. RequirementsStrong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in carpentry and modular furniture installation. Good understanding of site services – electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, etc. Excellent problem-solving ability and on-site decision-making skills. Ability to manage time, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced site environment. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the company. Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external teams

Client Engagement: Meet with prospects to understand their interior design needs, explain Sarvam’s offerings, and convert them into leads. Marketing Execution: Execute marketing campaigns—both digital and offline—to promote the brand and generate inquiries. Partnership Development: Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and influencers to generate steady referrals. Reporting & CRM: Maintain records of leads and customer interactions; provide regular reports on progress and performance. Feedback & Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and industry trends to improve offerings and marketing strategies.

About the Role We are looking for a full-time Interior Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team You’ll be working across all stages of the design process—from concept development and 3D modeling to overseeing the site execution. Candidates with knowledge of modular furniture , material selection , and basic costing will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Work on design concepts and layouts for both residential and commercial interiors Prepare and review 2D drawings , furniture details , and working drawings in AutoCAD Create 3D views and basic renders using SketchUp and rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape) Develop modular furniture designs and coordinate with vendors/factories for production Assist in material selection, client presentations, and mood board creation Visit sites for measurements, progress checks, and coordination with the execution team Key Skills Required Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling Basic knowledge of rendering tools (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, etc.) Understanding of modular furniture systems and detailing Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics Good communication skills for client and vendor coordination Ability to multitask, take initiative, and handle responsibilities independently Knowledge of costing/BOQ preparation is a value addition (not mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
