Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining good customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, presenting products or services, and handling inquiries efficiently to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services. Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers. Maintain customer database with accurate and up-to-date information. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or customer referrals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion strategies. Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Target-driven with a positive and energetic attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualification & Experience:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience of 1–3 years in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service preferred. Experience in [industry name—e.g., FMCG, Telecom, Real Estate, Education, etc.] will be an added advantage.
