Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to contribute to the growth and profitability of our business. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and promoting brand awareness through various marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns both online and offline.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop marketing materials.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (fresher with strong skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience in [Industry Specific Experience if required].
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
