Role: Sales & Marketing Executive

- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/Marketing background preferred)
- Type: Full-Time (On-site)
- CTC: ₹3 – ₹6 LPA (Based on performance & experience)

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
• Promote and sell IT services such as websites, apps, LMS, CRM, AI/ML-based solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and webinars
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets set by management

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT products/services
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
• Strong command over LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing, Email Campaigns
