Sales & Marketing Executive - RAC IT Solutions - Empowering Your Business with Innovative IT Rentals Function Supervised By Manager Sales & Marketing Key Responsibilities Getting self-acquainted with the products and our business model Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling,networking and social media, direct personal visits, etc Also, take up the leads received from the Telecaller/s or our website or fromour other branch/es or inquiries received by the Company directly Business development (B2B) & lead generation Organizing sales visits and attending meetings on a daily basis Demonstrating and presenting our business model to customers Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/ services Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluatecustomer needs Maintaining accurate records and regular reporting Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings on behalf of thecompany Preparing sales reports and sales proposals Conduct background checks of the potential customer from relevant sourcesincluding but not limited to the R.O.C. website If a background check is satisfactory, arrange to prepare & submit a quotationafter checking with the stores/Purchase Department regarding availabilityor otherwise of the equipment Visit the client/ potential client for follow-up and negotiation of vital terms Seek & obtain approval of supervisor/s if the order, if received, requires usto purchase the equipment Follow-up on the above for conversion to P.O. Negotiating contracts and packages Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis reports Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets Arrange to issue instructions regarding delivery Follow-up for realization of invoices raised and timely payments Maintaining healthy relationships with client/s Identifying references from new/existing clients Handle complaints or concerns with ease and if required escalate to Seniors Collaborate with team to achieve better results Any other work, as assigned by the Management Team, from time to time Qualification Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing (preferred) Technical Expertise Basic IT hardware Knowledge Experience Minimum: 1 Year Maximum: 5 Years Location of Posting Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Trivandrum, Nagpur IT Skills Sets MS Office Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Coordination skills Networking skills Customer Service Orientation Excellent Presentation Skills Presentable, Mature & Confident IT Skills Possesses patience & determination Key Skills Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Commercial awareness Numerical skills
