Sales & Marketing Executive

Pushti Electricals Pvt. Ltd. - India is an authorised channel partner of Siemens (Switchgears & MCBs) and Finolex (cables & wires) based out of India.

Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Siemens Switchgear and Finolex Cables & Wires to customers in assigned regions or sectors. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, providing product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:

  Product Sales:

• Promote and sell

  Siemens Low Voltage Switchgear

  (MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, Contactors, Relays, etc.) and

  Finolex Cables/Wires

  to B2B and B2C customers.
• Understand technical specifications and offer suitable solutions as per client requirements.

• Market Development:

  Identify new markets, customers, and project opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical consultants, panel builders, contractors, builders, OEMs, and end-users.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Regularly visit clients and build strong long-term relationships.

• Sales Planning & Execution:

  Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Monitor competition, pricing trends, and market demands.

• Coordination & Reporting:

  Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment. Maintain daily reports, funnel updates, and submit MIS to management.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience:

  25 years of experience in sales of electrical products (preferably Siemens switchgear or Finolex cables).
• Key Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, Tally and Excel
