The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns. Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional activities. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare sales reports and present performance analysis to management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools. Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. Willingness to travel as needed.
