Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and promoting the company’s products/services. This role involves a mix of field sales, digital marketing, client relationship management, and market research to achieve revenue targets. Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and client visits. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential clients. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales agreements. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. Marketing ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events, etc.). Manage social media platforms, create content, and monitor engagement. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Coordinate with internal teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, presentations, email campaigns). Support brand-building activities, including exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
