The role involves prospecting, pipeline management, and relationship development across industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with the right prospects in target industries. Manage sales pipeline and ensure continuous movement of leads. Identify and resolve sales bottlenecks. Prepare and achieve monthly sales plans. Visit customers across cities for business growth and relationship building. Maintain discipline, professionalism, and strong listening skills to understand customer needs. Requirements: Graduate in Science/Engineering/Marketing (Chemical/Polymer/Paint background preferred). 2–5 years of B2B sales/marketing experience (powder coating, paints preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel extensively. Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
