Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that not only enhance our brand presence but also drive lead generation and conversion. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a results-driven approach to meet daily targets and effectively close leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email and websites. Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and product launches. Generate and qualify leads through targeted marketing efforts and initiatives. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into business opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and effective closing of sales. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and lead conversion rates. Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation and conversion. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, including ROI, lead conversion metrics, and key performance indicators. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and lead conversion strategies. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
