Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bidding, Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business development team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing bids and proposals, supporting sales activities, and contributing to marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Bidding:

• Assist in identifying new tender opportunities from online portals, client websites, and other sources.
• Support the preparation of bid documents, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary technical and financial information.
• Maintain a database of submitted bids and monitor deadlines, feedback, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with bid requirements and submission deadlines.

Sales Support:

• Support the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports, and other supporting materials.
• Assist in organizing meetings, demos, and client visits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, bidding, or marketing (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
