Job Description

Job Overview: We’re looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sales Executive to expand our customer base, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Present products/services to prospective customers with a clear understanding of their needs. Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and sales activity. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to understand client requirements and pitch solutions effectively. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Good knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
