Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to market and sell Uttarana’s LOS product. • Generate leads through networking, digital channels, partnerships, and industry events. • Conduct product presentations, demos, and workshops with prospective clients. • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and fintech organizations. • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address client requirements and provide tailored solutions. • Create marketing content, campaigns, and collateral to increase product visibility and generate interest. • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve set targets. • Represent Uttarana at industry forums, trade shows, and conferences. • Provide feedback from clients and the market to enhance product positioning and features. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in financial technology (fintech), banking software, or SaaS. • Knowledge of lending processes, banking operations, or financial products is highly desirable. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
