Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base and build brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and executing marketing campaigns to increase visibility and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Promote products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions Execute marketing campaigns both online and offline to enhance brand visibility Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative content and promotional materials Achieve sales targets and report on performance using CRM tools or internal dashboards Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals with clients Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in sales or marketing (field sales experience is a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or events Fluent in [Languages Required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,372.13 - ₹32,632.05 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
