We are looking for a goal-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. Willing travel to pan Maharashtra for building networks and develop new sales Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business growth opportunities. Work closely with marketing teams to develop sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction. Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings as needed. Requirements & Skills Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions. Strong sales and business development skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, ITI, Diploma or a related field (preferred).
