Job Title: Sales Executive – ROs, Water Softeners, Heat Pumps & SS Tanks Location: Jodhpur Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Green Power & Co. has been a trusted name in water softeners, heat pumps, geysers, and stainless steel tanks for over 20 years. As an authorized distributor of Pentair, AO Smith, Benchmark, and King Pure, we provide high-quality water solutions to both residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who can generate a strong presence in the market, connect with customers, and drive sales for our products. If you are passionate about sales, excel in communication, and can turn leads into customers, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities for water softeners, heat pumps, SS tanks, and related products. • Generate a strong market presence by actively seeking out end users and engaging potential customers. • Conduct marketing and field sales to promote and sell products effectively. • Communicate confidently with customers in person and over the phone to build trust and close deals. • Find and connect with the right end users for our products, ensuring a targeted sales approach. • Work independently to increase brand visibility and create demand in the market. • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding targets. • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to maintain long-term business relationships. Who We’re Looking For: • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in water treatment, appliances, or related industries. • Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and regional languages. • Excellent phone and in-person sales skills – confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. • A self-starter with a drive to generate leads and establish a market presence. • Ability to work independently and reduce the need for constant field visits while still achieving strong sales. • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when necessary.
