Requirement:

Experience : Fresher or 1 to 4 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / M.tech in Electronics

• Overview

The Marketing & Product Manager will drive product strategy, marketing initiatives, and cross-team coordination to ensure successful product development, market positioning, and revenue growth. The role combines technical understanding of electronic products with strong marketing execution.

• Key Responsibilities:

Product Management

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer need assessments.
• Define product specifications, features, and enhancements.
• Work closely with the engineering team to guide product development.
• Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams for product feasibility and quality.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.
• Align product strategy with business goals and customer requirements.
• Support sales teams with product training, presentations, and technical insights.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of electronic products and systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communication.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and team coordination abilities.
