Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Funntastic Water & Amusement Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing activities, building relationships with institutional clients such as schools, colleges, and corporates, and driving bulk bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly marketing meetings and present updates on ongoing and planned marketing activities.
• Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices in the region to promote park offerings and secure group bookings and tie-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients for recurring visits and special events.
• Work with the internal team to coordinate and follow up on leads, site visits, and event planning.
• Support the digital marketing team by sharing on-ground insights and promotional material.
• Represent the park during local events, expos, and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Submit weekly reports on outreach activities, leads generated, and booking conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of field marketing or institutional sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the Delta region.
• Proficient in Tamil and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu
