Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Funntastic Water & Amusement Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing activities, building relationships with institutional clients such as schools, colleges, and corporates, and driving bulk bookings. Key Responsibilities: Attend weekly marketing meetings and present updates on ongoing and planned marketing activities. Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices in the region to promote park offerings and secure group bookings and tie-ups . Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients for recurring visits and special events . Work with the internal team to coordinate and follow up on leads, site visits, and event planning. Support the digital marketing team by sharing on-ground insights and promotional material. Represent the park during local events, expos, and campaigns to boost brand visibility. Submit weekly reports on outreach activities, leads generated, and booking conversions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of field marketing or institutional sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel within the Delta region. Proficient in Tamil and English. Conduct daily inspections before park opening and record maintenance checklists. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and structural issues in rides and attractions. Supervise and guide technicians/operators during repair and maintenance activities. Maintain proper records of maintenance schedules, spares usage, and downtime logs. Ensure ride safety compliance in coordination with safety inspectors and management. Liaise with external vendors or ride manufacturers for spare parts or technical assistance when required. Support during ride testing, load trials, and certification processes. Implement and monitor maintenance SOPs and enforce safety practices among team members. Monitor entry and exit gates , check guest tickets, staff ID cards, and vendor access. Ensure crowd control during peak hours, special events, and weekends. Conduct routine patrolling of all zones including Water Park, Adventure Park, Dry Rides, Parking Area, Indoor Games, and Staff Areas. Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure restricted zones are secure at all times. Support during emergencies , assist in evacuations, and report incidents immediately. Observe guest activities and proactively prevent unsafe behavior. Assist in lost & found procedures , helping guests professionally. Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the Admin Manager / Security Supervisor. Maintain logs for daily activities, visitor records, and incident reports. Operate and monitor dry rides such as Columbus, Ferris Wheel, Swing Chair, Crazy Raft , and other amusement attractions as assigned. Conduct pre-opening safety checks and ensure rides are in proper working condition before operation. Assist guests in boarding, fastening safety restraints, and exiting rides safely. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times. Report immediately any malfunction, unusual noise, or mechanical issue to the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the ride area. Manage guest queues and ensure orderly movement to avoid crowding. Provide friendly communication and assistance to guests, ensuring a pleasant experience. Support during ride testing, safety inspections, and emergency drills.
