Security Staf

• Monitor entry and exit gates, check guest tickets, staff ID cards, and vendor access.
• Ensure crowd control during peak hours, special events, and weekends.
• Conduct routine patrolling of all zones including Water Park, Adventure Park, Dry Rides, Parking Area, Indoor Games, and Staff Areas.
• Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure restricted zones are secure at all times.
• Support during emergencies, assist in evacuations, and report incidents immediately.
• Observe guest activities and proactively prevent unsafe behavior.
• Assist in lost & found procedures, helping guests professionally.
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the Admin Manager / Security Supervisor.
• Maintain logs for daily activities, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with park rules, safety policies, and emergency SOPs.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests whenever required.
