Job Description

Operate assigned games (Arcade, VR, Soft Play, Trampoline, Carnival Games, etc.)
Start, stop, and monitor games as per safety guidelines
Ensure proper use of game equipment by guests
Assist children and first-time users when required
Follow all safety SOPs strictly
Prevent overcrowding or misuse of games
Monitor players continuously during operation
Immediately report any malfunction or unsafe condition to supervisor
Handle minor issues calmly and escalate serious concerns
Greet guests politely and guide them on game rules
Explain game play clearly and patiently
Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
Maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
