Sales & Marketing Executive

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Convert potential leads into customers by presenting the company’s products, solutions, and services effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to increase brand visibility.
• Plan and participate in educational events, exhibitions, workshops, and seminars to showcase products.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for product development and service improvement.

General & Strategic

• Act as a brand ambassador of Dynasty EdTech while dealing with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication with management regarding sales performance and market challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism, ethical practices, and compliance with company policies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (EdTech experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
