Job Description: Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (H 7& 8 Regent Building, City Center site No. 1, Gwalior, (M.P.) 474001) Department: Business Development/Sales Type: Full-Time Experience: [2+ years into Business Development/Sales, preferably from education sector] Salary: As per market standard About INSD: International School of Design has established itself in arts, design and media education over the last 13 years. Requirements and skills Business Development’s Qualifications & Skills: · Should be Graduate/ Post Graduate or equivalent from a recognized University in their area of expertise; preferably from sales and marketing, business administration or similar. · Should have minimum of 2 - 5 years or more of relevant business development experience · Should be able to communicate both in English and Hindi or other Local Languages with schools, colleges and institutions · Should have excellent written and verbal communication & effective interpersonal and negotiation skills · Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth · Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams Key Responsibilities: · Identify and initiate partnerships with colleges and institutions for student referrals, events, and collaborations. · Conduct regular visits to colleges for seminars, presentations, workshops, and tie-up opportunities. · Promote the institute's courses and programs to students, faculty, and decision-makers in colleges. · Generate leads through fieldwork, campus outreach, and educational events. · Coordinate and execute MoUs or partnership agreements with institutions. · Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams for campaign support and conversions. · Maintain a database of all outreach activities, contacts, and leads.. · Attend educational fairs, exhibitions, and networking events as a representative of the institute. · Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and outreach feedback.
