Job Description

Job Overview:
The Sales & Marketing professional will be responsible for increasing market share, promoting entertainment products (arcade games, redemption machines, amusement rides, gaming accessories, toys, etc.), building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This role combines sales planning, marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and brand promotion for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients such as amusement parks, family entertainment centers (FEC), malls, arcades, schools, gaming zones, distributors, and dealers.
  • Demonstrate products, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Conduct market visits, participate in sales exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote new and existing products.
  • Create digital and offline marketing plans: social media campaigns, brochures, catalogs, email marketing, and brand awareness activities.
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams to create engaging promotional content (videos, product sheets, demos).

Market Research & Analysis

  • Study market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and pricing.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements and new product ideas.
  • Forecast sales targets and track performance.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, after-sales support coordination, and service scheduling with the technical team.
  • Build long-term partnerships with distributors and channel partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales/marketing; experience in entertainment/gaming manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales operations and marketing tools (CRM, social media marketing, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
