Job Description – Sales & Marketing ExecutivePosition Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, promoting our products/services, maintaining relationships, and supporting marketing activities. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential customers through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms. Explain company products/services clearly to customers and provide suitable solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers with queries, documentation, and service support. Work with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and brand-building activities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and update records. Support and participate in exhibitions, events, and awareness campaigns. Submit regular updates and reports to the manager. Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good persuasion and presentation ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle customer queries politely and effectively. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings. Knowledge of solar/renewable energy industry is a plus (training will be provided). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (Freshers are welcome). Experience in solar/real estate/insurance sales is an added advantage.
