Marketing Executive

Your Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across Kerala.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Promote the company’s products and turnkey solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present marketing proposals, brochures, and presentations.
• Consistently achieve sales and marketing targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

• 3+ years

  of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (interior/construction industry is a big plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• A go-getter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to traveling across Kerala.
• Someone who wants to grow with a company that’s growing.
