We are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our reach. Your Role As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across Kerala. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients. Promote the company’s products and turnkey solutions to prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities. Prepare and present marketing proposals, brochures, and presentations. Consistently achieve sales and marketing targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (interior/construction industry is a big plus). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships. A go-getter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
