Key Responsibilities in a Marketing Role:

• Brand Management:
• Promoting the ALLEN brand across different channels.
• Ensuring consistent communication in all marketing materials.
• Digital Marketing:
• Managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• SEO and content marketing for the official website and blogs.
• Event Marketing:
• Organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
• Participating in education fairs and school outreach programs.
• Market Research:
• Understanding trends in the education sector.
• Analyzing competitors and student behavior to adjust strategies.
• Offline Marketing & ATL/BTL Activities:
• Managing hoardings, print ads, and flyers.
• Coordinating with vendors for outdoor marketing efforts.
• Lead Generation & Admissions Campaigns:
• Designing campaigns to generate inquiries and student enrollments.
• Using CRM systems to track and convert leads.
• Content & Creative Development:
• Working with the design team to create brochures, videos, and promotional content.
• Crafting targeted messages for different student categories.
• Public Relations (PR):
• Building relations with media houses and journalists.
• Publishing success stories and academic achievements of students.
