Position 1: In-House Sales & Marketing Coordinator (2 Positions Available)

About the Role:

As an In-House Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of our team, working from our Kadavanthara office. You'll be the go-to person for internal coordination, client communication, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communication, organization, and enjoys a dynamic office environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Client Champion: You'll handle incoming calls and emails from clients, answer their questions about our corporate gifts and promotional materials (like canopy tents, beach umbrellas, etc.), and follow up to ensure their needs are met.
• Team Connector: Coordinate closely with our field sales team, relaying information, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the office and the field.
• Marketing Helper: Assist in preparing marketing materials, updating client databases, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns from the office.
• Data Organizer: Maintain sales reports, track leads, and manage inquiries, helping us keep our customer information accurate and up-to-date.
• Sales Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, helping them achieve their targets.

Position 2: Field Sales Executive (1 Position Available)

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be our front-line representative, directly engaging with clients and prospects to promote our range of corporate gifts and promotional materials (including canopy tents, beach umbrellas, and more). This role is ideal for a proactive individual who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals on the go.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Client Meetings: Travel within Kochi and surrounding areas to meet potential and existing clients face-to-face.
• Product Presentation: Effectively showcase Zodiac Advertisers' corporate gifts and promotional materials, understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and market research.
• Sales & Negotiations: Present quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals, working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Market Feedback: Provide valuable market insights and client feedback to the internal sales and marketing team.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For (Common Requirements for ALL Positions):

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales or in-house sales.
• Communication King/Queen: You must have strong verbal and written communication skills. This means being able to clearly explain our products, actively listen to client needs, and write professional emails.
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit 27
• Education: While a degree is a plus, it's not compulsory! If you have a 12 pass or fail or any other basic education and meet the other requirements, we encourage you to apply. Your strong communication skills and relevant experience are what matter most to us!
• Proactive & Enthusiastic: You're a self-starter who takes initiative and has a positive, can-do attitude.
• Organized: Ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Tech Savvy (Basics): Comfortable using basic office software (like Word, Excel) and ideally familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
• For Field Sales Executive: Must have a valid driving license and own conveyance (two-wheeler preferred and Petrol allowance weekly payment).

• Salary: ₹18,000 per month
