Sales & Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales & Marketing Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the Travel Consultant industry, you will play a vital role in generating leads and supporting the sales team to convert prospects into clients. Your understanding of sales pipelines, digital marketing techniques, and B2B/B2C outreach will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new B2B and B2C leads through various channels like digital campaigns, social media, cold calling, and travel-related platforms. - Develop and execute lead generation strategies to enhance sales opportunities. - Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create targeted campaigns. - Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and corporate customers. - Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, partnerships, webinars, and travel exhibitions. - Provide market insights and competitor analysis to optimize product positioning and sales strategies. - Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field. - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or sales within the travel industry. - Proficiency in sales funnel management and digital marketing tools. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. - Knowledge of domestic and international travel products is advantageous. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools. - Multilingual abilities are a plus. - Passion for travel and tourism.
