Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager/Closing Manager role located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager/Closing Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process by providing strategic guidance to the sales team and building strong customer relationships. Core responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, negotiating terms, finalizing agreements, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will track and analyze sales performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills, including team coaching, mentoring, and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in client communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze sales data, monitor performance, and develop actionable plans for improvement.
  • Background in financial services or sales, with knowledge of loan processes, approval procedures, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to industry trends.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in financial solutions or real estate, is an advantage.
