Job Title: Sales Manager – Building Materials Location: Trivandrum, Kerala Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Gender Preference: Male candidates only Experience: 3–5 years in building materials sales Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the building materials industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development Team Leadership Market Analysis Client Relationship Management Sales Reporting Collaboration Qualifications & Skills Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is a plus. Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry, such as cement, steel, tiles, sanitary ware, or similar products. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials products, construction processes, and industry standards. Sales Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Travel Willingness: Ability to travel within the assigned region as required. Preferred Attributes Gender: Male candidates preferred to align with team dynamics and client preferences. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Trivandrum market and established relationships within the local construction industry is advantageous.
