Sales Manager – Real Estate (0-3 Yrs)


Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving defined revenue targets. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of luxury real estate projects.
  • Generate new leads through calls, follow up on inquiries.
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (mandatory).
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience are welcome to apply

    (real estate sales experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (LeadSquared/Zoho) is an advantage.
