Department: Business Development, Sales & Marketing

Department Mission

According to the group company and group marketing system, making related business department management system, a clear division of functions, carry out the documentary, quotation, customer service, VMI warehouse management in four aspects of the daily work, ensure the delivery time, good quality, reasonable price, thoughtful service cost.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of new customer
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Documentary management:

Order management

  • Responsible for receiving the order and review, check the order number, price, product quantity, delivery, and payment transactions.
  • Responsible for the timely open ERP system.
  • Responsible for the "shipping notice" and timely follow up the production order, ensure the delivery reached.
  • Analysis and review - in charge of the order arrangement.
  • Responsible for order change process.
  • Responsible for sales and customer return goods from a single process.
  • Responsible for order related information archiving and confidential work.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of customer service relationship.

Quotation management:

Offer

  • Bargaining - responsible for new product quotation, order confirmation, unit price, to ensure the accuracy of cost price.
  • Responsible for the analysis of comparative price cost and actual cost, and to improve cost control and improve cost report.
  • Responsible for the quotation of the company's standard of maintenance and security work.

The customer service managing:

Information management

  • Responsible for information collection, understanding, translation, transmission, management and archiving.
  • Will be responsible for the confirmation of OK's customer information timely delivery to the factory related departments, and follow up the product development process and prepress process, sample delivery to ensure timely, smooth production.
  • Confidential work - is responsible for the supervision and control of all the clients information.
  • Responsible for the external information platform and related to the establishment and maintenance of internal / window.

Customer service:

  • Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and daily reception work.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction, good customer service, deal with customer complaints.
  • Responsible for submitting the customer daily time (CTB report).

Department comprehensive management:

System construction

  • Develop and improve the management system and related processes.
  • Supervision, internal control system and related process execution.

Plan management:

  • Develop and implement the annual and monthly work plan.
  • Develop and implement the department budget plan.

Training plan

  • A plan to carry out internal and external training.
  • A plan to carry out department activities, improve team cohesion.

Operator Management

  • Carry out staff construction in the department.
  • Overall distribution, the Department employee task coordination.
  • Carry out the Department employee performance (KPI test)

Daily Management

  • The Department office supplies requisitioned and reimbursement management.
  • Held regular departmental meetings (Department of week), convey instructions, understand the working situation of each person.
