Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Credit Cards

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of 6 to 8 off-roll executives (DST) to achieve credit card sales targets.
Drive business growth through branch engagement and open market initiatives.
Ensure achievement of cross-sell targets for products such as insurance and demat accounts.
Monitor team performance, provide training and guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop strategies to maximize productivity and enhance customer acquisition.

Requirements:

Minimum 23 years of experience in team handling within credit card sales.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets consistently.
Experience in cross-selling financial products (insurance, demat accounts).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
