As a Sales Manager for Working Capital & LAP, your role involves driving business growth through the acquisition, development, and management of clients seeking working capital and cash-flow solutions. You will have end-to-end sales ownership, from identifying prospects and pitching advisory solutions to negotiating terms and managing client relationships. It is essential for you to have a strong understanding of financial products, advisory frameworks, and working capital cycles. - **Business Development & Lead Generation**: - Identify, target, and acquire new clients requiring working capital advisory and financing solutions. - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across sectors such as manufacturing, trading, services, and supply chain ecosystems. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, financing gaps, and potential partnership opportunities. - **Client Advisory & Solution Design**: - Assess client working capital cycles, business models, and financing needs to recommend appropriate solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to design customized advisory proposals. - Present detailed financial solutions, including loan structures, supply chain finance options, invoice discounting, inventory financing, and other liquidity-enhancing strategies. - **Relationship Management**: - Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs, treasury teams, promoters, and financial controllers. - Manage portfolio accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business. - **Sales Execution & Deal Closure**: - Lead negotiation of pricing, terms, and contracts in compliance with organizational policies. - Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and closure of deals. - Track sales performance against quarterly and annual targets. - **Collaboration & Reporting**: - Work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of advisory solutions. - Provide accurate forecasting, sales reports, and market insights to senior management. - Participate in strategic planning for new product offerings and business expansion. **Qualifications & Experience**: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within financial services, working capital financing, advisory, or banking. - Strong knowledge of working capital products including cash credit, Loan Against Property, overdrafts, invoice financing, supply chain finance, trade finance, and asset-backed lending. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B financial environments. Your role will require you to have strong financial acumen, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, the ability to analyze financial statements, exceptional relationship management skills, and be self-driven and target-oriented. You should also possess strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities. You will be evaluated based on monthly and quarterly revenue/book size growth, new client acquisitions, conversion rate of leads to closures, client retention and satisfaction, and cross-sell and portfolio expansion success.,
