Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Identify and convert leads for co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and managed office solutions.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong and continuous relationships with IPC brokers to generate qualified leads for co-working spaces and managed office solutions.

- Build close and long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and timely renewals.

- Coordinate effectively with the community team to enhance the client experience and maintain a positive and engaging environment.

- Ensure proactive communication, timely follow-ups, and quick resolution of issues to keep clients happy and strengthen overall client relationships.

3. Market Research & Lead Generation

- Conduct market analysis to understand competition, pricing, and trends in the co-working sector.

- Generate qualified leads through networking, field visits, cold calling, digital channels, and partnerships.

4. Coordination & Collaboration

- Work closely with the operations and community teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns.

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure

- Handle pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations.

- Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining company policies and profitability standards.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Knowledge of co-working spaces, commercial real estate, or B2B sales.

- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing field.

- 34 years of sales experience in co-working spaces, real estate, or related industries.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
