Key Responsibilities 📲 Social Media Strategy & Brand Identity Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with WellWork’s positioning. Define a cohesive digital tone that reflects our balance of professionalism, creativity, and wellness. Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience analysis. 🎥 Content Creation (Self-Executed) Plan and create reels, videos, carousels, stories, and static posts showcasing: Workspace ambience & design Member experiences Events & workshops Community shoutouts and spotlights Shoot and edit content using tools like Canva, InShot, Adobe Suite , or other mobile-first tools. Own the monthly content calendar end-to-end: ideation, scripting, design, scheduling, and publishing. 🚀 Digital Innovation & Trend Integration Stay on top of social trends , meme formats, trending audio, and platform updates. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for content ideation and optimization.
