Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve targets in a competitive real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Generate leads through networking, client referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
• Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations to close property sales.
• Monitor individual and team performance and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign strategies and lead generation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service and after-sales support.
