Real Estate Agent/Associate:
Represents clients (buyers/sellers/renters) in transactions, handling all aspects from listing to closing.
Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager:
Often focuses on driving sales, managing teams, and developing high-level sales strategies, reporting to management.

Core Responsibilities

1. Client & Lead Management

Generate leads through marketing, networking, and referrals.
Interview clients to understand needs, preferences, and financial goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

2. Property Marketing & Sales

List properties with compelling descriptions and visuals.
Promote listings via ads, online platforms, and open houses.
Conduct property showings and provide detailed information.

3. Market Expertise & Analysis

Research market trends, property values, and local conditions.
Provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment insights.

4. Negotiation & Contracts

Present purchase offers and negotiate terms for buyers and sellers.
Draft, review, and ensure accuracy of sales contracts and documents.

5. Transaction Coordination

Arrange inspections, appraisals, and coordinate with lenders.
Guide clients through the entire closing process.

6. Professional Development

Maintain current real estate license and stay updated on laws.
Prepare sales reports and performance metrics.
